Since the passing of their late leader over three decades ago (previously as well, of course), members of the Chabad-Lubavitch faith have tried to foist their belief of their deceased Rebbe being the Messiah on the public in various ways. One manner they have employed was to post (illegal) posters on streets promoting him in that role (seen prominently in Eretz Yisroel, America, perhaps elsewhere too). But the public was not buying it, despite the delusions of the Chabadskers.
While some people just ignored the offensive stickers, others took the time and effort to make their displeasure and rejection of the Chabad-Lubavitch brazenness and lunacy quite clear for all to see.
